Underneath 80 freeway; West side of 3rd st (in between Perry and Stillman). Encampment consisting of 1-2 individuals, chairs, many belongings, and trash on the sidewalk. Blocking a third of the sidewalk. Please provide resources (including shelter) for the individuals
